Start with the right Lightspeed edition

Lightspeed Retail R Series and Lightspeed Retail X Series use different data structures and import workflows. Tell us which edition you use so we can prepare the correct migration plan.

The standard Lightspeed migration tools have limitations around historical transactions. Any proposed reconstruction through an API requires its own assessment.

X Series supports a gift card balance import, while its store credit workflow is separate from a regular customer export. R Series documents different procedures for customer balances. We identify the appropriate path for your edition and records.
