A retail data migration

Runit→ERPLY

Moving from Runit to ERPLY starts with a sample review of styles, size and color dimensions, supplier codes, and store stock. The plan must show how those records will fit ERPLY before a transfer is accepted.

The decisions
we make first.

  1. Source access

Review representative exports and the available extraction method.

  2. History & balances

Assess sales history, gift cards, loyalty, and credits separately.

  3. Test & acceptance

Agree the records and checks before the final transfer.

Review your Runit starting point

Choose representative styles with several sizes and colors. The sample should show how a style relates to its individual sellable SKUs and barcodes.

Identify the source account owner, available export formats, and the connected systems that will remain after the change.

  • Representative products and variants
  • Customer records with source identifiers
  • Stock by store or warehouse
  • Separate history and balance requirements

Prepare the ERPLY destination

Identify the tenant and warehouse structure, then choose sample products with attributes and examples used by custom applications.

The destination review covers tenant configuration, warehouses, attributes, sales documents, and custom apps. Confirm existing records and the rules for matching or creating them before loading a sample.

Test the relationships your stores depend on

Use examples that exercise the differences between Runit and ERPLY: a complex product, an existing customer, and stock at more than one location where relevant.

Agree the expected result in advance, then compare identifiers, product grouping, destination fields, and opening quantities. Keep exceptions with the retailer’s decision.

Make history and balances explicit

Confirm authorized data access and the proposed inbound method with the account owner and vendor. Include connected ecommerce and accounting systems in the review.

Confirm approved APIs or exports for the account. Reconcile stock by warehouse and keep the treatment of sales documents explicit.

Each required dataset should have one agreed outcome: operational import, approved transformation, accessible archive, or documented exclusion.

Confirm scope before the final move

The $2,999 flat fee applies to a defined migration scope confirmed after reviewing your samples and the destination requirements.

The plan covers preparation, mapping, a test, the planned final transfer, and reconciliation. Vendor access, wider implementation, and ongoing integration dependencies are identified before booking.
