Choose representative styles with several sizes and colors. The sample should show how a style relates to its individual sellable SKUs and barcodes.
The sample review covers styles, size and color dimensions, supplier codes, and store stock. Confirm authorized data access and the proposed inbound method with the account owner and vendor. Include connected ecommerce and accounting systems in the review.
Name the ERP implementation lead and the retailer’s finance owner. They approve company structures, posting decisions, opening balance policies, and the receiving templates.
Use representative items, customers, and quantities to prove the agreed map. Compare the source totals with destination results and identify effects on connected systems before the final transfer.
Historical transactions, financial ledgers, open purchasing commitments, and integrations require explicit decisions. None should be assumed to follow from importing master records.
Share the source platform, intended ERP environment, implementation owner, locations, and required records. We review the available files and proposed destination method before confirming feasibility, scope, or price.
